Branch members covered by NJC pay, terms and conditions have been emailed a link to vote on the pay offer for 2021.
Click on the link in the email to vote to reject or accept the 1.75% pay offer.
At a time when RPI inflation is already 3.8%, with fuel bills set to rise dramatically, and the Government’s increase in National Insurance of 1.25% to not fix social care – it may not surprise you that the national NJC committee is recommending members vote to reject the offer.
Whether you want to accept the offer or reject it we want all our members to use their vote.
The Branch will report actual numbers of votes – so every vote counts. If you haven’t voted please do so.
