Serco members reject 3.5%

UNISON members working for Serco in Sandwell have overwhelmingly rejected a 3.5% pay offer by over 90% in a consultative ballot. Unless a better offer is forthcoming from Serco, a formal ballot for industrial action will take place. It would be regrettable for all if industrial action once again hits Sandwell’s Refuse depot.

UNISON members accept Sandwell College Pay Offer

UNISON members voted over 4 to 1 to accept Sandwell College’s 2024-25 pay offer of 5% on all pay points, plus an uplift in the mileage rate from 40p per mile to 50p per mile. This pay award should be in staff pay from 1 August 2024.

2024-25 NJC Pay Offer
