Sandwell’s NJC 2025/26 pay claim consultation results
453 members (91.7%) voted in favour of the proposed flat rate pay claim of £3,000 on all pay points for 2025/26. Just 41 members voted to reject this suggestion. NJC Pay Votes 2024/25 – Pay Offer Accepted
