UNISON members working for Serco in Sandwell have overwhelmingly rejected a 3.5% pay offer by over 90% in a consultative ballot.
Unless a better offer is forthcoming from Serco, a formal ballot for industrial action will take place.
It would be regrettable for all if industrial action once again hits Sandwell’s Refuse depot.
