Thanks to every member who took the time to vote in the 2022/23 NJC pay offer consultative ballot.
413 members, (62%), voted to accept the offer of £1,925 on all pay points, plus an additional day’s leave.
251 members, (38%), voted to reject the offer.
These votes have been sent off to the Region. The national committee meets soon to discuss the results from every Branch. Turnout in Sandwell’s ballot was 22%.
Our sister trade union votes run until 14th and 21st October so any agreement will not happen until then, meaning November’s pay is the earliest time the award (back dated to April) can be made.
