2021 NJC Pay Claim Consultation

Thanks for those members who voted in our first digital survey from the Branch.

The results are as follows:-

Option A: 5% or a £10 an hour rate, whichever is the greater – 27%

Option B: 8% or a £10 an hour rate, whichever is the greater – 28%

Option C: 10% – 45%

The results have been fed back to the Region.
